The internet portal offers information on work, training and life in eleven countries, contacts with local counselling centres, information for counsellors and more.
The “Startfinder” website provides information about opportunities to start over. It is aimed at ... • refugees or migrants in Germany who are considering returning to their country of origin • people in their countries of origin who are looking for prospects there • people who are thinking about migrating to Germany and want to find out about the requirements • return counsellors in Germany.
“Startfinder” offers important information about work, education and life in the following countries: Albania, The Gambia, Ghana, Iraq, Kosovo, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Serbia and Tunisia. Most countries have counselling centres for jobs, migration and reintegration. The centres counsell, for example, on how to find a job after returning or how to set up your own company. But people who have stayed in their country of origin can also be advised.

On "Startfinder" there is also information on individual offers such as training or education in Germany. These can help with a successful return. Counselors - i.e. authorities or counselling centres - can also find contacts and offers on “Startfinder” with which they can support those interested in returning.
