European Union citizens cannot receive any form of assistance through the voluntary return assistance programmes.

This also applies to "Dublin-cases" (return to the EU-state which has been entered first).

Victims of human trafficking and forced prostitution are however exempt. Besides travel costs, they can also receive financial travel assistance.
