Information on the organisation of the departure of vulnerable persons within the framework of REAG/GARP 2.0
We are pleased to inform you that the International Organization for Migration (IOM) can now support the voluntary departure of particularly vulnerable people within the framework of REAG/GARP 2.0. The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and IOM have concluded a corresponding agreement. The target groups of this measure include people with medical needs, victims of human trafficking and forced prostitution, unaccompanied minors and other particularly vulnerable people.
The BAMF will now involve the IOM in organizing departure if the respective requirements are met. Further information on the IOM's involvement can be found in the document "Information on organizing the departure of vulnerable people within the framework of REAG/GARP 2.0" in the download area. If you have any case-related questions about organizing departure, our employees are available via the OAM chat.
If you have any further questions, you can also contact our mailbox RG2.0-Info@bamf.bund.de or our hotline (+49 (0)911 943-24899, service hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
