The user manual for digital REAG/GARP applications has been published
IOM´s user manual for the Online Application Module (OAM) has been published! The document supports both the registration procedure for referral agencies and the application process itself.
Since 24 June 2019, the digital registration and transmission of REAG/GARP applications for the financial support of voluntary returnees became possible. Applications can now be processed through IOM Germany’s Online Application Module (OAM).
So far, more than 300 referral agencies have registered and have submitted a total of around 1,000 REAG/GARP applications via the module. To support RA employees in registering and submitting applications, IOM Germany has now published an OAM user manual.
