The BAMF informs: Inclusion of the target country Yemen in the REAG/GARP programme

Following our information from 10.01.2025, we can inform you that regular processing of applications for funded, voluntary returns to Yemen under the REAG/GARP programme is now also possible via the online application module (OAM).

In order to ensure a smooth transition and to be able to complete returns already in preparation and the associated refinancing applications, refinancing for returns to Yemen organized by the country offices is still possible up to and including 31.03.2025.

Corresponding refinancing applications can be submitted subsequently until 31.05.2025 at the latest via the mailbox mentioned below. Thereafter, the refinancing procedure for Yemen will be discontinued and voluntary returns will be processed exclusively via the REAG/GARP programme.

An updated information sheet with further information on the refinancing procedure in 2025 will be available in the login area and on the Federal Office's website in the near future.
