This course offers simulation games in the field of business start-up and budget planning, where business-oriented basics can be acquired through practical exercises.
In doing so, participants assume the role of a small business owner and learn how to respond to different situations and what impact this can have on their business. In particular, migrants from the countries of Ghana, Gambia and Nigeria who are interested in returning are addressed.The most important business fundamentals include:
  • Challenges, opportunities and success factors of small entrepreneurs
  • entrepreneurial thinking
  • Market dynamics
  • Establish a household budget
  • dealing with needs and wishes
  • savings and reserves
  • Inflation, security, liquidity
  • Selection of reliable financial institutions
